Spring Haven Is a Low-Risk Urban EB-5 Loan Investment Opportunity with Multiple Safety Features<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n

Spring Haven is a best-in-class EB-5 project in an urban targeted employment area (TEA). Because the project is in a TEA, the minimum investment amount is $800,000 instead of $1,050,000. EB-5 funds will be used to develop a single-family home community in Newnan, Georgia. By approving Form I-956F, USCIS has agreed that Spring Haven is in an urban TEA. USCIS also accepted the project\u2019s job creation methodology and EB-5 investment structure.
